At Central Oregon Guitars, we pour our craft and passion into every instrument we build. Because each guitar is custom-made to your unique specifications, we operate under the following policy:

The Build Process

Once the design is finalized and the build process begins, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. At this stage, specialized materials are selected, and components are tailored specifically to your vision, making the instrument unique to you.

Our "Make It Right" Promise

While sales are final, your satisfaction is not. We want you to love your guitar as much as we loved building it. If you have any concerns about your instrument upon arrival:

• Don’t wait: Please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.

• We’ll make it right: Whether it’s a setup adjustment or a technical refinement, we are committed to working with you to ensure your guitar plays and sounds exactly as intended.
